metro District community Collaboration

This $401 million dollar investment brings a spectacular station that will include beautiful public art, 24 hour security and connecivity into the center of our community!

There has been much consideration and detailed planning that will provide our community with a safe and visually exciting asset.

This $750 million dollar project will include a walkable-urban feel, with retail on the street level, and living options upstairs. The project will include, shaded sidewalks, lovely green spaces, attainably priced housing, and all of the amenadies you'd want in your community.  This area will quickly become an exciting destination within the City of Phoenix.

$1.2 million dollars is being invested in the develpment of a Transit Oriented Plan (a written vision for our future). We will be working closely with the project to assure that the voices of residents, businesses and property owners are captured in the process and outcome.

An investment of $4.1 million dollars will bring new technology that will not only deter crime, but also capture evidence that can be used during the procecution of criminals. In addition, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design principals are being encourage for all property owners and new developments in the area. A check list is available on our Resource Page.

As a nation, we are experiencing an Opiod Crisis, with Fentynal being the most deadly of opiods. Our team is partnering with local organizations that provide needed support and resources to individuals suffering in addiction. In addition, we are partnering with the Arizona Colaboration for Substance Abuse Prevention to bring needed educational resources to our community.

Investors are seeing the value of the projects happening in the area and they are following with their own investments, such as;

The Metro Lofts Apartments - $65 million

Trillium Apartments - $22.5 million

The Metro Pavilion - $14 million

Stakeholders in the area are meeting regularly to build on our  individual efforts to make the area safer. Pictured above is the most recent meeting of property owners, city offices and business leaders gathered to hear about the new investments/projects in the happening in the area.

-Securing the I-17 overpasses
